Meet our Staff:
Deacon Paul Kallal
8th Grade Edge Coordinator
Hello everyone. My name is Deacon Paul Kallal from the Oblates of the Virgin Mary. I have been blessed to be assigned to both St. Joseph’s and Resurrection of the Lord from September 2019 – May 2020 for my Diaconal year of seminary formation. Six years ago in August 2013, the Lord invited me to step away from my career as an ICU nurse in St. Louis, Missouri, and accept the invitation to enter religious life with the Oblates in Boston. The past six years have been a tremendous blessing as I have grown closer to the Lord, who continues to teach how to be nurse souls. On February 1, 2019, I received final vows as an Oblate and most recently was ordained to the transitional diaconate on June 8 of this year. I look forward to serving both parishes as a deacon and most importantly getting to know the PARISHIONERS. Please be assured of my prayers in coming months. In return, I ask for your prayers as well as I continue my final year of seminary formation and anticipate Priestly Ordination in June 2020. God bless!
6th & 7th Grade Edge Coordinator
Hi, my name is Adam Trudel, and I will be leading EDGE for 6th and 7th grade. I have previously been involved in Life Teen in Dartmouth for almost ten years, and I am the Music Director for Resurrection Church (Since 2012). Outside of ministry work, I teach piano/guitar/ukulele privately in Hingham. I am also Bryant University’s theater music director. I absolutely LOVE musical theater (and music in general). I have not lost a round of Hamilton trivia yet. I am married, and have a 8 year old boy, Nikolai, who is as musical and theatrical as I am. I believe Resurrection is on its way to having the best programs in the area, and starting EDGE is one of those steps forward. God is good, and deserves the highest praise, and I pray He leads us in a mission that is truthful, clear, and worked in love. I can be reached anytime at EDGE@HinghamCatholic.org
