Summer Hang Out:
Date: Every Sunday following the 5:30 PM Life Teen Mass
Description: Sunday from 6:30-8 PM following Mass. These nights will be a time to get together over the summer and just hang out. There will be varying events including basketball, soccer, Frisbee, Bubble Soccer and more! Bring a friend!

Description: Life Nights are open to all teens, grade 9-12, and also serve as an opportunity for those preparing for Confirmation to receive points. They will be the primary time each week where social activities, current teen issues, or catechesis will be given in an engaging and relevant way. Life Nights will be held following the Life Teen mass from 6:30-8 PM in Read Hall below Resurrection Church.
March For Life (Can Substitute for Yearly Retreat):
Dates: January 17th-19th, 2019

Description: Join hundreds of thousands of people as we peacefully march on our nations capital for the protection of ALL human lives from conception to natural death. Highlights of the Witness to Life pilgrimage include the Life is Very Good Rally; Mass with Cardinal Sean; marching for life with hundreds of thousands of other pilgrims from around the U.S.; opportunities for Adoration, Confession, and discussions.

Haiti180 (Can Substitute for Yearly Retreat):
Dates: 2/16-2/23rd, 4/13-4/20, or 7/7-7/13
Location: We are located in the villages of Duverger and Danndan approximately 80 miles west of Port au Prince. We head 57 miles west then turn left into the mountains for another 20 miles. You get to see the city, coast line and then up into the mountains for a fun adventure through the country side (crossing a shallow river now and then!) The ride usually is about three-four hours with stops along the way for bathroom breaks etc. Occasionally traffic can make the trip longer.
Description: At our core, the mission of Haiti180 is to create the opportunity to form well educated leaders of faith for the future of Haiti and to make sure every child in our care has a childhood that is filled with love and joy. With your love, support, and prayer, we have been blessed with the opportunity to broaden our focus, reaching out to the poorest of the poor from the young to the old professing God’s love through our developments in education, medical care, housing, and so much more for the kind and loving people of Haiti. To invite young people to become disciples in mission. To engage young people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by creatively designing the week with known best practices that meet the human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral needs of young people, with an emphasis on mentoring and building relationships. To equip young people with the Archdiocese’s Disciples in Mission Evangelization Training by adapting the materials and presentations used in the Archdiocesan trainings and workshops for a high school audience, within the context of a week-long event. To continue the formation of young people who have attended Discipleship Week in the past and desire to further equip themselves for the mission of the Church.
